Returns, Refunds, and Replacements Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Policy explains the conditions under which NZPlus will accept requests for returns, refunds, or replacements.

 

1. Eligible Claims

We will accept requests for refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Products received in damaged or leaking condition due to shipping or warehouse handling.

  • Incorrect products delivered.

  • Missing items in the package.

 

2. Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

  • Purchases made due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Damage caused by improper storage conditions (e.g., exposure to excessive heat, cold, or moisture).

  • Orders where the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

⚠️ Notice: All claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

 

3. Proof Requirement (Unboxing Video)

To process your claim efficiently, you must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video that:

  • Shows the unopened parcel with the visible shipping label.

  • Captures the entire unboxing process without pauses, cuts, or edits.

  • Clearly displays the condition of the product upon removal from its packaging.

📌 Claims without a proper unboxing video may be automatically denied.

 

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–15 business days.

  • International Orders: 5–30 business days (processing times may vary depending on your payment provider).

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
